Yes. Open MyClub on Zalo → Me → Privacy → Withdraw consent to delete all your photos, or Me → Delete account.

Send a takedown request using the form on this page, with the link or session code. MyClub replies within 72 hours.

1. Delete your photos yourself

Photos linked to your phone number can be deleted right away:

  • MyClub on Zalo → Me → Privacy → Withdraw consent: deletes all your photos. This can’t be undone.
  • Photo display period
  • 3. How we handle requests
  • Or contact the store where you took the photos, and include the session code printed on your photo sheet.

Photo display period

Photos on the photo page expire automatically based on the store’s retention time; the remaining time is shown on the page. Only people who receive the link from you can open the photo page.

2. Send a takedown request

Use the form when a photo shows you but was taken by someone else, when you find violating content, or when you own the rights. Provide a specific link or code so your request is handled faster.

Your information is only used to process this request.

3. How we handle requests

  1. Receive: you get a request code after sending.
  2. Verify: MyClub may contact you by the email or phone number you left to ask for more information (for example, documents proving ownership). MyClub never asks for passwords or verification codes.
  3. Temporary hide: content that clearly appears to violate the rules is hidden while under review.
  4. Reply within 72 hours: remove, delete, or explain why it wasn’t removed; the related store is notified.

False requests may be rejected, and the sender is legally responsible. For urgent cases, email [email protected]. See also your rights over personal data.
